Go to the Insight Timer app (free), iPhone or Android, and browse to the group ‘UF Mindfulness’.
The Insight Timer app allows you to practice mindfulness, meditation, yoga, tai chi, walking, and more jointly. A map shows you who is meditating and where they are on a map. You can chose from many guided meditations. Track your the start and end time of your mindfulness practice and get the summary stats in your user profile.
