There are plenty of ways to practice mindfulness. This session will introduce different ways to incorporate mindfulness practice into your daily life.
Wednesday 18th of March (3:00 – 3:30 PM) “How to mindfully relate to the Corona virus public health crisis”:
Do you feel germophobic or somewhat overwhelmed and fearful that you or a loved one may get sick? Explore practices to keep you grounded and okay in times of uncertainty. In this session we will explore how we can use mindfulness to relate in meaningful ways to the unfolding Corona virus public health crisis.

Compassion is an essential skill that can be reinforced through practice. This session will focus on opening our hearts towards ourselves and others.
Wednesday 22nd of April (3:00 – 3:30 PM) “Corona Mind Zoom 5: Let go of stress and anxiety”:
When you’re feeling anxious or stressed, mindfulness practice can help you cope. This session will teach you how to relax when you need it most.
