Sept. 12 (Thu) 5:30 to 6:30 pm: Mindfulness meditation practice (Sabine Grunwald).

Sept. 19 (Thu) 5:30 to 6:30 pm: Compassion and loving-kindness practice (Sabine Grunwald).
